Goose Island
Goose Island was founded in 1988 in Chicago by John Hall. It gets its name from the Chicago neighborhood where the original brewery was. Some of their most popular beers are 312 Urban Wheat Ale and 312 Urban Pale Ale. They also have the most extensive barrel aging program of any brewery in the U.S.
